On Completion Of Your Course

Upon completion of the Certificate in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development course you will be qualified to work as a professional Meditation Teacher and Meditation Therapist. You will be able to work for yourself teaching Meditation and positive life skills in the community to groups and individuals and in the corporate sector as a stress management consultant. 

You may also seek employment, if you wish, in the following areas;

  • holistic healthcare centres
  • wellbeing clinics
  •  health clubs
  • natural therapies centres and retreats
  • gymnasiums
  • respite centres 
  • community centres as well as several other areas that seek to employ qualified holistic therapists with a focus on Meditation therapy and positive self-development.

 

 On completion, you will have the skills, qualifications and confidence to develop a solid general holistic wellbeing practice and you will have access to ongoing practitioner support to assist you in successfully developing your practice. You can choose to complete further postgraduate courses after graduating from the Certificate in Meditation Teaching  and Holistic Human Development, as standalone short courses if you wish to gain skills in a specialized area.

 

Often, students with little or no practical Meditation experience enrol in this training course. While they may have a strong desire to teach Meditation and assist other people to live happy, healthy lives, some people worry they may not have enough personal Meditation experience to become an effective and authentic Meditation teacher.

 

When you graduate from the Certificate in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development, you will be sent an invitation to join the IMTTA (International Meditation Teacher & Therapists Association). You will be able to join the IMTTA free for the first year and you will have the opportunity to renew after that year, if you want to, for a fee of around $95 for life.  IMTTA registration includes online access to your Practitioner Kit which contains all Free materials, resources and information you will need to start and run your own holistic wellbeing practice. You will also receive: 

  • Listing on the IMTTA web directory to help guide prospective students and clients to your business. 
  • Access to the IMTTA Practitioners support dashboard 
  • Marketing materials that have been designed by the expert team to make all your print media advertising, flyers, brochures, posters and business cards professional, simple to use and effective. 
  • Your guide book to setting up, marketing and running your own business. 
  • Templates for all your lesson plans and student handouts for all the classes you will be qualified to teach, including booking forms, disclaimer forms, and student certificates. 
  • Templates for a range of teaching aids including posters, PowerPoint presentations and booklets. 
  • Access to the Business Mentor support program via telephone and email so that while you work for yourself, you never have to go it alone. You will be able to access support and advice in all matters relating to your business, such as small business management, teaching, coaching, dealing with difficult clients or just providing a sounding board, brainstorming partner, and motivation when you need it.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in group advertising campaigns, expos, and festivals to help promote your business in the most cost-effective way. 
  • Access to the IMTTA Practitioners private social media page where you can network with other graduates, share information, receive inspiration, and even participate in free online, professional development workshops.
